11. Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for their choices, actions, and decisions regarding their fertility journey. It is important to consult with qualified healthcare professionals, including doctors and specialists, before making any decisions related to fertility treatments, pregnancy, or any medical procedures. HYC cannot and does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to pregnancy or successful fertility treatments.
12. Limitation of Liability for Pregnancy Losses
HYC shall not be held liable for any pregnancy losses, complications, or adverse outcomes that may occur as a result of the client's decisions or actions. Clients understand and acknowledge that pregnancy involve inherent risks, and HYC shall not be responsible for any such risks or outcomes.
13. Missed or Late Appointment Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that clients notify us at least 48 hours in advance if they need to reschedule or cancel a session. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the full session fee
14. Late Arrival Policy:
Clients are expected to be punctual for their scheduled sessions. In the event of a late arrival, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.
15. Cancellation and No-Show Fees:
For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or for no-shows, clients will be charged the full session fee. This policy is in place to respect the time and commitment of both the client and the fertility coach.
